Rochester Wheels Basketball Tournament

Come on out and support or play against your Rochester Wheels team!

• The event will be a friendly basketball game using wheel chairs between the Rochester Wheels team and Nazareth College Community
• Each team will include 5-7 players
• Cost is $32 per team (SORRY NO REFUNDS) cash or checks are accepted (checks payable to Nazareth College Physical Therapy Department) 
• Drop off or send in all team member’s forms and money together at the Nazareth College Physical Therapy main office
• Each player must fill out a waiver and must register for event by April 13th 

 All proceeds from this event will support Rochester Wheels. Additional donations are greatly accepted.


When: April 15, 2015, warm-up at 6:45 and tip-off at 7:15
Where: Kidera Gymnasium at Nazareth College
